Your orders will gladly be accepted by
mail, phone, fax or e-mail. The accuracy of orders not received in writing shall remain that of the ordering person. Due
to the custom nature of our products all sales are final.
ADDITIONS, CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed,
any additions will be considered a new order. Cancellations
or changes will only be accepted if the order has
not gone into production.
RETURNS
Your custom-made ribbons are printed with
the specific copy you request, and obviously we cannot accept the
return of unused ribbons for credit. Any errors will be given
speedy attention.
PRODUCTION TIME AND RUSH ORDERS
Please allow 6 weeks for a normal order turnaround. Please order as early as possible. This allows us to ship regular UPS, and avoids added charges. Since our items are handmade, some items may not be available for rush delivery.
- Orders that must be delivered in 10 business
days or less are subject to a rush charge of 20%
of the order.
- Orders that must be delivered in 11-15 business
days are subject to a rush charge of 15% of the
order.
- Orders that must be delivered in 16-20 business
days are subject to a rush charge of 10% of the
order.
- Minimum rush charge is $20.00
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is due prior to shipping your order. Refer to your invoice for payment due date.
LATE PAYMENT CHARGE: A late payment charge of 1 ½% per month ($5.00 minimum) will be added to past due invoices, and account terms will be changed to C.O.D.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY: There is a $30.00 charge on all checks returned NSF, etc., and account terms will be changed to C.O.D.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our usual shipping method is by UPS Ground, unless otherwise
specified. Regular shipping methods require 2 to
5 days for delivery (depending on location). Next Day or
2nd Day Air Service is available at an additional
charge. C.O.D. charge is $9.00.

PRINTING CHARGES
A SET-UP CHARGE of $10.00 applies to custom orders of less than 100 like ribbons, and typeset charges will apply. If your order requires additional set-ups, they are $5.00 each.
A TYPESET CHARGE
(Breed, Class or Event Changes) for each printed word is $1.50. A typeset charge for each vertically printed word is $2.00.
Standard Award Titles - Placing Changes 1st-10th Place, Champion, Reserve Champion, Honorable Mention, High Point, Reserve High Point and Participant - are FREE on custom orders of over 100 like ribbons.
