To get started, we’ll need the award ribbon style(s) you’re interested in, quantity of each ribbon, the text you’d like printed, and any artwork or logos for the center button. If you’re not sure about colors, streamer lengths, upgrades, or center button options, we’re happy to guide you through our choices. We’ll also need your shipping address to confirm delivery details.

Our standard turnaround time is 6–8 weeks. If you need your ribbons sooner, we offer rush production with estimated timelines of 2–4 weeks, depending on your order size and current production schedule. Rush orders include an additional 10%–20% charge, based on the turnaround needed and the scope of the order.

Yes. We send a digital proof showing your ribbon styles in the color combinations you choose. Your proof includes all order details—printed text, quantity, streamer length, upgrades, artwork placement, and pricing—so you can review everything clearly before we begin production.

Yes. We keep your ribbon design on file for future reorders, and many customers reorder the same styles for years. Reordering is simple—just email the quantities and placing levels you need (for example: “1,000 first, 700 second, 1,200 third—same style as before”), and we’ll send a proof for approval before production.
